This is a video I made of Stem’s axe. The handle of this wooden axe is at least 7 years old according to Stem. Though he now has a chainsaw to work with, he still relies on his axe for smaller tasks. I saw it lying on his work table and could not help but wonder why the handle is so long and in a way, rather slender as compared to most other axes I have seen.
